Week 1 – Feel Better NOW

But what does that really mean? It means if you want to be living closer to your best life in 12 weeks you need to start getting into the habit of living that life, right now.

In our busy lifestyle the idea of slowing down and taking time to think and reflect is somewhat unheard of. What’s the saying: if you stop for lunch, you are lunch. Right? Well this week we are not only going to stop for lunch, we are going to eat all our favorite foods, savor each bite, and take a nice nap afterwards.
Step 6 – How To Brain Dump & Prioritize + Worksheet
This week we are going to learn how to deal with overwhelm – for good. This is the biggest challenge I see with my clients – feeling like there is so much on their plate, they have no idea what to do next. That is EXACTLY what overwhelm is – not knowing what to do next.
Step 7 – The A Task & How It Can Change Your Life
This week we are going to push forward and dive deeper into the A task and how it can truly change your life. In the Best Planner Ever the top line of the daily to do list is the Top Priority or A Task.
It’s deceptively simple how powerful this one little line truly can be. If you’ve not taken the time to understand and know the top priority each day, this alone could be the reason you are not succeeding at your goals.
Step 8 – Clarify Your Vision + Vision Statement Exercise
The most accomplished people practice long term thinking skills. This is the concept of looking ahead into the future, and then taking steps today to get you to where you want to be tomorrow.
Step 9 – Strategy: The Missing Link to Achieving Goals
If you are struggling to get the kind of results you really want I’m going to provide some options around goal setting, but it’s still up to you to figure out what works and stick with it. Sometimes when we have numerous options available it can almost have a negative effect and be overwhelming. This makes it much easier to give up, or lose focus and stop.
Step 10 – The Daily Planning Habit
To be intentional with time, so results are maximized, requires preparation and planning. When you first begin doing this it may take you a bit longer. As you build and master the habit, it can easily be done in a quick 5-10 minutes each day.
Step 11 – Me Time Is Non Negotiable
Taking care of yourself is essential – and no longer optional in your ideal life. You are actually doing those around you a disservice by running yourself into the ground. Do you really think the people in your life – who truly love you – really want you to hurt yourself for their benefit? If the answer is yes, then it’s time to take a hard look at the people in your life.
Step 12 – Putting It All Together
The final step in our journey is pulling together everything we’ve learned into a simple, repeatable, predictable, process you can follow each day.
