Autopilot can be a dangerous state of mind – when you are trying to break through to a new level of success. When you are just “going through the motions”, completing tasks at random it’s easy to stay stuck.
Instead, you want to stay engaged in tasks that will move the needle forward. Plus, as you send out “success” energy into the world, that’s what comes back to you in kind. For example, if you are positive, then you will attract positivity in your life.
The Law Of Attraction
As a business coach it can seem odd to talk about the Law of Attraction or “woo woo” things; however, over and over again, I’ve seen the world work in this way and experienced it for myself. When you are whole-heartedly ready for a change, you’re putting that message into the Universe, and it’s listening! That’s when those impulses occur, little moments of inspiration that cause you to deviate from a normal routine and the chain reaction begins.
Using the principles behind the Law of Attraction in your planner can be your secret weapon for even greater success.
The first step is to deeply and wholly commit your frame of mind to a goal –Do you really want it? Are you really ready? If you are, then any action you take or thought you make comes from this place of being; and begin to draw the outcome to you.
What Is An Inspired Action
Some of the greatest love stories exist about people who met their future spouse in a weird, coincidental way that sparked from a single, inspired moment. This little moment in time that seems meaningless becomes a lifechanging event. (This is EXACTLY how I met my own husband – but that’s another blog 🙂 )
These moments happen because you experience an impulse – a sudden feeling of inspiration that leads to improvising, resulting in a new outcome. Those lovebirds were open to the possibility, ready, and primed for the Universe to deliver their hearts’ desire.
The same holds true for anything you desire whether it be business success, weight loss, to travel more or just be more relaxed and stress free.
Make Inspired Actions Top Priority
That urge for more, for something different– for change — creates these moments of inspiration. So prepare yourself to be open to the Universe (or whatever source energy aligns with you) and attract that which you seek. Help it bring your goal to you.
Begin by seeking clarity of purpose. Each day, clear your mind and let your emotions focus on your desires. What do you really want? Focus on it and write it in your planner on the Vision or Goal Pages. Then, when an inspired action comes along, write it down as your Top Priority or “A” task for the day and get it done!
It’s possible to draw things to you by creating a frame of mind that stays open to opportunities. Use the Daily Intention section of your planner to get yourself into the right frame of mind. Putting it out there – believing, talking, or thinking about your goals – causes those things to start heading your way. It’s not an exact cause-and-effect relationship, but it has everything to do with putting yourself into a position to receive.
